There are no magic bullets; This is presented as just a new facet in a many faceted cyber-war we will probably always be fighting against this plague.

Before I let loose the main argument, let me take this opportunity to address one of my relevant pet peeves and ask:

Mail client programmers: Please re-design your ‘client’ interfaces to force “BCC” as the default address field! Require that it be a conscious and intentional process to put more than one recipient in the “To” field.

I often work with, (customer), clients who have had their e-mail address compromised and need new addresses. All their friends and contacts get sexual-potency-drug spam or worse, seemingly from them. They don’t realize they are contributing to the problem by putting all their recipients’ addresses in the “To” field, instead of “BCC”.

Many of us are victims of this annoyance, because we are on others’ group mailings. It can become much more than an annoyance though, when the spambots place evil code in your computer.

I have been researching the spambots’ ways of avoiding detection and their propagation tricks.

Many computer owners do not realize that they have a root-kit in their computer, maybe even picked up at a legitimate site in a hacked ad. Social networking practices by both the sites and members are proving to be a treasure trove to the spammers. Their malicious codes are in .pdfs, images, who knows where tomorrow?

The mind boggling numbers of messages sent are hard to even believe. A single bot, embedded into 50,000 to 500,000 computers, with yet more computers downstream, will send billions of e-mail spam every day! Estimates are that possibly up to 95% of all e-mail is spam.

One is perhaps lucky if the worst you’ve suffered is the chore of deleting it all. The service, consulting, repair, and computer re-building costs are probably astronomical and not even known by the stat guys, but it is truly enormous if what I am aware of should be extrapolated across all the populations of the computerized world.

Here is my strategy:

In addition to the current efforts, (filtering, blocking by definition databases, etc., et al), a new type of counter-attack should be brought into the battle. This one searches for nothing! It might, however hit them in the pocketbook like never before.

Set up a public awareness policy of forwarding all spam to a single collection and analysis process. I hesitate to say ‘collection point’ when I consider what might be a staggering volume; but the university researchers might put a scale to it, and put an estimate on hardware requirements.

Billions of spam messages are largely cloned, and can be instantly deleted after categorization.

Now comes the active ingredient of this formula:

All of the commercial spam has its origin and path well concealed, but one thing in common, – a target with a means of collecting our money.

That target is complicit.

That target, when vetted by proper analysis and identification, would cease to be profitable if it received many thousands of “compliance directives” for every innocent responder that might be a source of income to the spam industry. I think a legal pathway would have to be established to allow this, but those who pay spammers deserve no slack.

If no one is making the money they are accustomed to at the far end of the cycle, money that must work its way back to the front end, then what will sustain this foul industry?

This scheme surely needs tuning up by the real experts and tech wizards, neither of which I pretend to be. Maybe it would be a start though…

This strategy would be of no value in the defense of the malware that is sent out, searching victims’ computers for pure theft of credit cards, or any financial information useful for account raiding. We must continue to “weapon up” and use the most current weapons available to try to shield ourselves from those attacks, which is still the best medicine in the spam wars too.

I am an unabashed “birther”, but I am afraid we’ve lost the opportunity to force the b-ho to produce the original, or admit to its disappearance, however and whenever it might have been “disappeared”. ‘Production’, as the root of ‘produce’ might otherwise be used, is a likely possibility, however.

With a dedicated lab and the resources of a Soros or Arab financier, it probably goes without saying that there will be a birth certificate available, if necessary in the future, artificially aged to perfection. It will be a far better document than the hastily-put-together, obvious forgery of a COLB they tried to foist upon us. It was amateurish at best, and not even well thought out regarding the details.

I forsee one or two possible futures in which this newly produced, (as in manufactured), birth certificate would be shown but almost certainly not released for analysis. Either enough pressure building from a populace that is tired of the evasion, or an internal tactic, -employed at re-election time, and orchestrated in any number of ways, could be the launching vector.

But that birth certificate is just one many, many facets of this wraith, that together point to an inescapable truth; the usurper is a shadow without substance, and would never have been elected, except as he was, by the ignorant, unthinking, guilt-ridden, racially motivated, criminally abetted, and simply stupid voters who have now caused so much damage to this proud and wonderful country.

I am, more and more, with several high profile right wingers like Boortz the Talkmeister, wishing aloud that voting was an earned privilege, not given thoughtlessly to the masses whose only accomplishment is resisting the implosive forces of the pressure differential brought about by cranial vacuosis.

We must not relent; the dhimmicratic lunes have tipped their hand too visibly and we may take the House back. The Senate is not out of reach. The presidency itself might even once again be held by an American and a Patriot if the momentum holds.

Even then, we cannot let down. The population shift, starting with the illegals we have now, which will surely be a voting block mostly defined as an enemy state within our own borders soon, will need to be addressed, beginning with the cessation of the “anchor-baby loophole”. Sorry, couldn’t help myself, there.

The lack of an education system capable of reaching our Yutes, the lack of a technology base to set the pace for the rest of the world, the thousands-of-years-long onslaught of the Institution of hardcore shari’a, (which has nothing to do with religion, other than the cover provided by the mantle), and a myriad of other threats to this country must be fought and overcome, or we will fall further.

Well into WWII, despite the “America will never lose” historical sentiment, it was in no way decided in our favor. It took a tremendous concerted effort to build up our forces to the point of prevailing. Sacrifice at home was even necessary, beyond cutting back on trips to the mall and theaters.

I hope we can find our identity once again. I hope the will to be a great nation again can be found in the citizenry we have now, a far different mix than was ever called upon before this chapter in the book that will one day be written, of a country called the United States of America.

fodder:

From dictionary.com, the second and third definitions:

1. people considered as readily available and of little value: cannon fodder.

2. raw material: fodder for a comedian’s routine.

Most have heard or casually used the expression “the father land” usually by folks from Germany. But America has always been the special land. It has been the brightly burning star that lights the world, protects it.

Until now.

Now we come to a point in America’s time-line that truly holds peril and the potential of unrecoverable loss; loss of international prestige, strength, and leadership. This loss of leadership in things technological, political, moral, financial, and philanthropic, will not only be immediately damaging, but compounded to cost us in ways often unforeseeable and on a frightening level, in what will be a sobering chapter in our story.

Though not entirely coincidental, we are also hampered by an intellectual faltering, because while our ‘yutes’ were perfecting eye-thumb coordination playing inane games, the youth of certain areas of Asia and the Orient had already, seriously, outstripped them. Embarrassingly so, shall we say? The evidence is how mindlessly they swooned and tumbled for their messiah.

Let us now look inward toward the heart of our country, and the heart of the problem we face. That problem is a government run amok, bent on what a rational person would call a reckless rush of decent to oblivion. Not from our leaders’ points of view, of course, just that of those of us who gratefully value the wonderful, but now endangered America we have inherited, built by patriots. An incomparable country built by free men with a forward looking vision, but with the understanding of how important it is to look back also, and keep to the guidance of the Constitution.

It has not, however been a blind rush. Consider the “Top Problem”. It is unclear whether he fully understands the motives and goals of those who influence him, or even if he’s bright enough to realize that truth. He seems to believe in his own regal destiny, and that he simply deserves it, as we can learn from the several recent articles on his narcissistic life-view, oneanistic

Many Americans are finally beginning to feel that he is, and has for decades been, directed by persons with idealogies that cause them to be hostile to the America already slipping from our grasp. Our problem child is simply better than they could have hoped for in a protege and tool.

We would have done well to discover this much earlier. More on that will become apparent in the coming months and years.

Consider further; Our ‘problem’ is one who had already become accustomed to open doors and the magically appearing wherewithal to live a life unfettered by the limiting reality of most others; financial and political resources to enable travel to an exotic middle eastern country during 1981, when it was at war, when Americans were forbidden to go, except for our diplomatic operatives.

No red flags there!

So then consider this; Would we not be safer, and better off as a country, by looking at this troublesome one as a mole? Is he himself fully aware of this possible “situation?” Probably not, but an unwitting, well-handled mole can be at least as dangerous and effective as one who knows his purpose.

So! We have a good actor, (except for those pesky situations when there is no video prompter), with carefully written statements, who will not allow myriad details of his past to be known. We know very little about this possible mole, at least not the kinds of things we should judge people by, when placing them at the helm of our ship of state. We especially should have insisted on more information when too many of our voters were swept away in rapture, putting our possible mole into an office he is arguably not qualified for. All too many of those voters didn’t have the slightest clue about the other candidates or any other aspect of the elections.

Let me be clear about this, I subscribe to no one’s conspiracy theory. This is simply logical analysis of the patterns shown us, something the mindless ones who elected the aforementioned problem failed to do. We will have a terrible price to pay for this

We have in fact become Das Fodderland, perceived by its ‘administration’ as fodder, people of little value except when useful to further his own nefarious purposes.

We have become the raw material for a monstrous and cruel joke; and the joke is on us.

Bruce Hinton
